After logging into BiblioCore on iPhone with Safari, users continue to see the 'Log-in' prompt in the website header. This indicates to users that they are not logged in when in fact they are. This issue is related to a Safari limitation and how they handle cookies. BiblioCommons is unable to resolve this issue until Safari addresses this limitation. There are a variety of ways you can see what is on order or new in the library collection.
You can sign up for our weekly “New Items coming to Timberland Regional Library” newsletter, create your own Saved Searches, or check out the library website under Browse to see the latest by format, audience, and more. Check out the New Titles page for the ultimate new and on-order view.

Here is a short video tutorial on setting up Saved Searches.
As always, please ask your local library staff or Ask Us - Chat if you need further assistance.
First, you’ll need to enable borrowing history if you want to keep a record of your checkouts. For privacy reasons, your checkout history is not recorded by default.
Log into you account and under the account menu, click “Settings”, and then Borrowing History to enable your borrowing history. Items you checkout will be recorded going forward.
Click the “Search” button in the top right, or use any of the browse pages to see recommendations and new titles.
From the search results, you’ll see a “place hold” button. If you’re logged in, you’ll be able to place a hold. If you’re not logged in, you will be prompted to log in.
Type your format into Keyword search, such as “movies” or “books" to bring up a list of all materials in that format. You can even type compound words like "teen books" or "new movies" and the catalog is smart enough to know what you mean and filter search results accordingly. Try it out!
The catalog is "smart" so a keyword search will usually cover most of what you need for title and author searches, but you can select from additional options from the drop-down menu to narrow your search if you are not finding what you need via keyword.
You can start your catalog search right from the home page – just click on the search icon, and start typing your search. To access all your account functions, log in and click “My Library Dashboard” to display borrowing, account activity, recommendations!
