    Known Issues
After logging into BiblioCore on iPhone with Safari, users continue to see the 'Log-in' prompt in the website header. This indicates to users that they are not logged in when in fact they are. This issue is related to a Safari limitation and how they handle cookies. BiblioCommons is unable to resolve this issue until Safari addresses this limitation.

Yes. Since searching our collection and using My Account both require real-time communication with the catalog, the app does require wifi or a data connection.

No, but all those options remain available from our mobile website via a browser on your device.

You can add and access multiple library cards from the My Library Cards screen, which can be accessed by tapping on the card icon near the top right. Add a library card number by tapping on the ‘Add card’ button and logging in with that account.

To switch between accounts, tap on the card icon near the top right (My Library Cards), then swipe left or right to move between library cards. When you see the card you want to use, tap in the circle next to Use This Card.

A maximum of 8 library cards can be added to the app, and cards must be added to the app on each device separately. Logging out of the app will not remove cards, but uninstalling the app, or clearing phone cache, will remove all stored cards.

It usually means we don’t have that specific edition of the title in our collection. Each edition of a title has a unique ISBN. You can try a keyword search to find out if we have another edition of the item available.

From the home screen, tap the card icon in the upper right-hand corner.

To keep your library account secure, you can log into your Timberland Library account on only one device at a time. If you are logged in on one device and then log in somewhere else, your first session will be logged out automatically. This includes the TRL Go mobile app. If you have logged in on your computer and then open the app, you will be logged out on your computer automatically.

After you install TRL Mobile App from the app store on your device, you will need to enter your library card number or username, and your four-digit PIN.

If you need help resetting you PIN see: How do I reset my PIN number?

    With the app you can:

    • Search for books, movies, and other material.
    • Place holds, view and renew your checkouts; manage your holds.
    • Stay logged in without re-entering your card number/username and PIN.
    • Your library card number is saved.
    • Check out items with your device's camera.
    • Manage your Shelves.
