This fall we will be asking, “What’s the weather like today?” during Bilingual Time/La hora bilingüe. We will read books, sing songs, and play games about the weather. We intentionally present the stories and songs in both English and Spanish so that it is accessible to all. Regardless of whether you know 1 Spanish word or 100,000, Bilingual Time offers a quality early literacy activity for you and your child.
We celebrate bilingualism along with early literacy and have created an activity guide, opens a new window to help support your child's learning. The guide includes book titles, song lyrics, and early learning ideas to try at home. You can get started by downloading the activity guide and registering for the event.
