  • Arrange to pickup your holds.
  • Browse a diverse collection of library materials for all ages.
  • Help with online services like Libby, Kanopy, PressReader, LinkedIn Learning.
  • Grab bags for teachers and agency staff.
  • Programs, Crafts & Activities.
  • Information on library programs.

Anywhere Library FAQs

  • Thank you for the suggestion! We have an online form, opens a new window that you can use to request a new stop, or you can contact us directly by email anywherelibrary@trl.org, opens a new window, or phone 360-704-4525.  

  • Each stops is a little bit different. Most stops have carts of library materials that you can check out. You can also get a library card, pick up your holds, and get support with library services. Some stops have activities like Storytimes for children, STEAM activities for youth, or crafts for adults. 

  • Most of our visits are scheduled for once a month and we usually stay about an hour.

  • Anywhere Library partners with a variety of organizations around our service area including community centers, assisted living facilities, churches, grange halls, food banks, farmer’s markets, schools, preschools, childcare centers, and more.

  • We don’t have a bus full of books for visitors to climb aboard and browse, but we do have five cargo vans that bring library materials to all sorts of locations. The vans have been customized with shelves and lifts so that staff can easily move library carts in and out of our host locations. Instead of offering library services from inside a vehicle, we bring all the materials and supplies to create mini libraries wherever we visit.
