Support Libraries in Style: Shop the New Collection for Library Giving Day

Show your love for libraries while giving back with items from the new "Supporting Libraries" Capsule Collection in the TRL Store

In anticipation of Library Giving Day on April 1, Timberland Regional Library is excited to offer a new limited edition collection of merchandise on our TRL Online Store. Every purchase from the Timberland Regional Library store helps fund an organization dedicated to enriching lives in our communities.

What's new in the TRL Store? 

The store showcases a "Supporting Libraries" capsule collection with products that include: T-shirts, hoodies, totes, and mugs. The clothing items are available in various designs, colors, and sizes ranging from XS to 4XL. Orders are now being accepted in anticipation of Library Giving Day on April 1. 

All proceeds from our store are considered donations to the general gift fund, directly supporting our mission.

What is Library Giving Day? 

Library Giving Day is a nationwide fundraising event aimed at bolstering support for individual library systems. Since its inception in 2019, over 400 library organizations across the United States and Canada have taken part in this annual initiative, working to foster philanthropic backing for libraries nationwide. This campaign serves as a reminder of the vital role libraries, both small and large, play as cornerstones of our communities. 

How Can You Support Your Library on April 1? 

There are several ways you can show your support: 

  • Make a purchase from our online store*. Not only does this contribute to your library on Library Giving Day, but it also allows you to showcase your love for libraries year-round! Additional donations can be made in the checkout screen by adding a "Tip".
  • Make an online donation. Donations can be made on or before April 1 by visiting TRL.org/Donate. 
  • Make donations via check. Checks should be made out to "Timberland Regional Library" with "Library Giving Day" noted in the memo line and sent to TRL Headquarters at the following address:

    (Please note that contributions to Timberland Regional Library are tax-
    deductible when designated solely for “public purposes” under IRS Code, 26 U.S.C. §170(c)(1).

About Timberland Regional Library
Timberland Regional Library provides for the entertainment, information, and lifelong learning needs of Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston County residents at 29 community public libraries locations. The library system is funded mainly by local property taxes, timber tax, fundraising efforts of TRL Friends of the Library, and generous donations by individual supporters.
